Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Guitarclimb ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Guitarclimb is a guitar learning and practice application that provides tools including a precision tuner, scale and chord library, rhythm practice patterns, metronome, and progress tracking. The App is developed and operated by Guitar Climb LLC.
Account Registration
Account creation is optional. If you create an account via Sign in with Apple or email, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Free Trial and Subscriptions
Guitarclimb offers a 7-day free trial providing full access to all features. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App.
Subscription options:
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $39.99/year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime Purchase
Guitarclimb may offer a one-time lifetime purchase option granting permanent access to all features. This is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Once purchased, lifetime access is tied to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Attempt to circumvent trial or subscription restrictions
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription or access credentials
- Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the App's servers
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to chord voicing data, scale patterns, strumming and fingerpicking pattern designs, user interface design, and the Guitarclimb brand — are owned by Guitar Climb LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Guitar Climb LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guitar Climb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
